The Done-With-You (DWY) Setup Programs are all about practical, hands-on implementation. The best way to achieve this? It’s by taking immediate action on what we discuss during each session.

At the end of every call, we’ll pinpoint the exact tasks for you to focus on before our next session. This keeps your progress consistent and ensures you’re never left wondering what the next step is.

Don’t worry if you hit a roadblock or feel uncertain—I'm here to guide you through it. That’s where the email support comes in handy, allowing you to ask questions and seek clarification whenever needed, so you’re never stuck for long.

I’ll be right alongside you, both during our sessions and in between, offering guidance and encouragement as we build out your client experience systems using Dubsado or ClickUp.

There is no limit to the number of services or workflows in your Dubsado or to the number of spaces, folders, lists or automations that we can build out in your ClickUp.

As the tangible progress is made between the sessions, the more time you have for implementation the quicker you can complete your set-up. From experience, I can say that most clients take between 3 to 4 months to set up either ClickUp or Dubsado.

This might sound long if you’re not starting from scratch. Similar to a rebrand or website redesign still taking the same amount of time, there is no such thing as a partial ClickUp or Dubsado setup. 

Therefore, to set the right expectations, there is a minimum term of 3 months. After the initial 3 months, you can stay on for as long as you like for 2 calls per month or cancel anytime.
