I am Stephanie, a wife, a dog-mama, an explorer, and a Scotland-based business coach and systems strategist who started my business as a self-taught designer.

While working as a designer, I noticed that many other creatives struggled with managing projects effectively, dealing with scope creep, extended timelines, and writing the same emails again and again. 

This often led to working every evening and weekend, causing burnout and preventing them from delivering a consistent and exceptional client experience.

And you don’t break a person away from having extensive hospitality experience and corporate experience in managing teams, systems, and processes, so now I help overwhelmed designers –

The way I see it, if more designers can spend more time making their clients happy with their designs, that’s a win. They should spend less time sending calendar invites and invoices. Reminding clients of deadlines and sifting through post-it notes to figure out what to do next shouldn’t be their focus. If I can help them do that, I’ve done my job well.
